Who runs this site

realredemptions.com is run by Norah Klintberg Sakal, United States. Questions, or a request to see or delete your data: norah@realredemptions.com.

Analytics (only if you say yes)

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (country and city, worked out from the IP address, which Google Analytics doesn't store), the device and browser, which site or search brought you here, and a few clicks (choosing a route, opening a program page, the "Share a redemption" button and form).

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_…, which last up to 2 years. Google processes this data for us and may handle it in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We keep it in Google Analytics for 14 months.

If you click Reject, or don't choose, nothing from Google loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time: Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page).

Sharing a redemption

The "Share a redemption" and program request forms are run by Tally. What you type into them (and your email, if you give it) is stored by Tally and only used to add redemptions and programs to this site, or to reply to you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (CloudFront). Your IP address is used to deliver pages and block malicious traffic. We don't keep access logs.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete data about you, and withdraw your analytics consent at any time with Cookie settings. If you think your data is mishandled, you can complain to your data protection authority.
